Scott Kaufmann’s mission is to create counter culturally redemptive life at the intersection of business, art and the church.

He spent 18 years at Accenture, the world’s largest management and technology consultancy, serving Fortune 500 clients in the areas of strategy, human capital, technology and large-scale program management. He is the founder of High Beam Consulting, through which he provides similar consulting services for small companies and non-profits. Scott also coaches established and emerging leaders in business, arts and ministry.

Scott lived in London as a child; has taught tennis, worked as a janitor, and written copy at a top 10 global ad agency; is a singer/songwriter with seven independent releases; counsels engaged couples; seriously considered a career in fiction writing; helps to home school his children; loves great mainstream and independent film and music; and serves as an elder in his church.

He is simultaneously interested in business, art, family, theology, philosophy, pop culture, music, literature, advertising, magazines, retail, worldview, ministry, films, educational philosophy, design, soccer, science, academia, golf and the law of unintended consequences.

Scott is on the board of Relevate, a non-profit organization dedicated to equipping the cultural influencers of the X and Mosaic generations with an actice vision of Christianity that embraces the good, the true and the beautiful. He is the “secret weapon” strategist behind the campaigns as a consultant in both the faith and film communities.
